Beach Tennis IPIN is Coming!

Important information from International Tennis Federation (Beach Tennis)

---

Dear Beach Tennis Community,

Please take note below of these important updates regarding IPIN and the digitalisation of Beach Tennis:

- IPIN* (International Player Identification Number) will be introduced in January 2020.

- In order to participate in ITF Beach Tennis tournaments, players must register for an IPIN in advance of the Entry Deadline of the first tournament that they compete in.

- Registration for IPIN will open in early December 2019 and we will follow up with an exact date in the near future. This is particularly pertinent for players who are intending to compete in tournaments in January 2020 as you will need to ensure that you are registered, the registration has been approved, and you have entered into the tournament via IPIN before the Entry Deadline.

- All entries will be overseen and managed by the ITF (as opposed to organisers/Referee), up until the Freeze Deadline (4 days before the Monday of the tournament week) at which point acceptance lists files will be transferred to the Referee.

*What is IPIN? - IPIN (International Player Identification Number) – is the ITF’s official online service where players can manage their entries and withdrawals online. From 2020 you will need an IPIN account to enter ITF Beach Tennis tournaments. Other key features and benefits to Beach players include a fully searchable calendar and a player dashboard that displays relevant information for all tournaments entered by a player in one convenient location.
