What the situation right now in your country?

We can leave the house for work, shopping and even sports (biking, running) if we are alone or with family members. So it's not too bad. We usually don't practice at home so it's not a big difference but now we don't have tournaments.

For how long you haven’t been playing beach tennis by now?

The last time we played was 2 weeks ago 2 days in Barcelona.

How do you spend your time due to the situation? Do you manage to train?

So now we are doing gym workouts at home almost every day but no beach tennis or other sports are possible.

In Estonia, we do not have full quarantine for all the people, only those who have diagnosed coronavirus, but we have a lot of things we are not allowed to do and it is strongly recommended to stay at home and go outside only then when it is very needed to (job responsibilities, going to the groceries). All the schools, shopping centers, public sporting places (outdoor gyms, skate parks, etc), indoor gyms and all other indoor sports halls are also closed.

For how long you haven’t been playing beach tennis by now?

I haven´t played beach tennis for 10 weeks now but this is because of the surgery and the rehab period I had.

How do you spend your time due to the situation? Do you manage to train?

My only training is rehab exercises now and these I can to at home but the only bad part of it is that I can not visit my physiotherapist now because of the coronavirus situation, cause all these kinds of appointments are canceled. That means my rehab can take a bit longer than it should be.

In Latvia, it is actually okay. We are allowed to go out. Some of the places are still open (shopping centers, some cafes), but not the fitness centers. Also, we are obliged to have a 2 meters distance. Despite is very chill now, every week the rules are getting more strict.

The craziest fact is that Latvia closed its’ borders on the 17th of March. Airport was only working for repatriation flights. But starting from 31 of March the airport is totally closed. So you can’t enter or leave the country by any mode of transport.

For how long you haven’t been playing beach tennis by now?

The last indoor beach tennis arena was closed on the 26th of March. But some people started to train outdoor (it is still aloud), when it was +15 degrees. But this week it is very cold - 2-3 degrees and snowing.

How do you spend your time due to the situation?

Nikita is a full-time programmer. So he continues to work online. As for me, I am totally into my blog (julychoo.com). So we are actually okay to stay at home. Every day we take our dog for a walk in a nearby park.

Do you manage to train?

We bought some equipment and do fitness at home.

What the situation right now in your country?

Our quarantine is very strict. We cannot leave our houses, not even to walk the dog. So right now training is not possible.

For how long you haven’t been playing beach tennis by now?

It has been 2 weeks since I last played.

How do you spend your time due to the situation? Do you manage to train?

The only training I am doing right now is fitness in the yard, more gymnastics and cross-fit based.  A little bit of hitting against the wall is possible! hope the restrictions will be lifted, but so far it is another 17 days to go.

What the situation right now in your country?

It's a very tough moment here. All the beach tennis lovers want to train or practice beach tennis. Unfortunately right now, keeping our family and friends safe is the priority. Beach tennis can wait. this is the only way to overcome this difficult period. The situation here is getting better day by day, and the people have understood how difficult is this situation, so they have started to go out less frequently, we only go to the supermarket or the pharmacy.

For how long you haven’t been playing beach tennis by now?

I haven't played beach tennis for 1 month now. Personally, it is pretty weird because I'm used to train every day.

How do you spend your time due to the situation? Do you manage to train?

I'm doing a lot of stuff that I couldn't do before because I hadn't enough time. Like studying something curious or interesting, training physically myself and trying to get a little bit stretched. Fortunately, I have a large backyard so I can manage my train. I do physical workout 4 times a week but sadly I can't do my daily beach tennis training. My workouts are managed by my two personal Trainers, Del Bono Tiziano and Del Bono Roberto. We are trying to not lose everything I have achieved in the last month.
