History:

For almost 11 years the sport of Beach Tennis has been developed in Puerto Rico, and since the beginning the Tenis Playero™ / Beach Tennis Puerto Rico™ brands have been in the forefront, by pioneering in the development of Programs and Events. That is why 1977E LLC., an Event, Entertainment & Experience Company, has joined forces with Tenis Playero™ / Beach Tennis Puerto Rico™ to present our first sports property… 

The Carolina Beach Sports Clubis part of the Municipality of Carolina’s Tropical Beach Experience, based in the award winning Balneario de Carolina, (Carolinas Public Beach Complex). Our facility specializes in Sports Tourism Development, providing local and international athletes of all abilities, a place to learn, train and compete against their peers, while enjoying “The Best Urban Beach In The World”, which hosts around 600,000 visitors a year.

Copa Tenis Playero™,our opening event for 2019, is also the Grand Opening of our facilities, and it will be an International Competition. The event is set for this Memorial Day Weekend, May 24^th– 26^th.

Our beach tennis facility includes two (2) permanent courts, (including a stadium court, and capabilities of more than 10 courts), a fully stocked beach tennis shop, beach tennis teaching professionals on site, and a myriad of other services. We also have plenty of parking space at a comfortable $5 dollar all day rate. Showers and bathrooms are close to the courts.

Shop Hours:  Monday - Sunday (May – August)               8:00am – 6:00pm 

                        Tuesday - Sunday (September – April)         8:00am – 5:00pm

Cancellation Policy:Due to high demand for our beach tennis programs a one (1) hour cancellation notice is required for individuals and one (1) week for Groups. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Our Groups & Conventions Beach Tennis Program caters to groups of all sizes. We can accommodate any special request you may have.
