What the situation right now in your country?

It’s hard to talk about the whole country. Each city has different laws and different restrictions. I live in St. Petersburg. Here, the quarantine started on March 30. Until March 30, EVERYTHING was opened, all restaurants and sports complexes worked regularly. Now only pharmacies and supermarkets are open. But it is still possible to go outside, you can even travel out of town.

But the problem is that the Russian Federation did not declare an emergency situation, they stopped all the business and are not planning to help it. At the same time, companies were obliged to pay workers the normal salary. Therefore, some companies began to work illegally.

For how long you haven’t been playing beach tennis by now?

I have not played just 10 days so far. Before that, I trained every day.

How do you spend your time due to the situation? Do you manage to train?

I study remotely, work online, do physical training at home, cook, and spend time with friends if I have time, I also like to drive a car around the city. I’m suP.S. I'm addicted to swinging the press

What the situation right now in your country?

I live in New York, which goes through one of the worst coronavirus situation. We are in unessential quarantine. So you can go out for groceries, visit a doctor, walk your dog and even do sport. But you have to keep the distance and many parks are closed.

For how long you haven’t been playing beach tennis by now?

In NY we don't have any place to play beach tennis during the winter, so I haven't played since the tournaments in Saint-Barthelemy (February) and I planned to play tournaments in California, but of course, everything was canceled.

How do you spend your time due to the situation?

I am trying to catch up on many things that I usually don't have time for. And my sister has a dog rescue in the south of Thailand. And right now I am helping her a lot remotely, updating the website and doing the documents.

Do you manage to train?

I am living in an apartment, which is not a comfortable place to train. All the gyms are closed and the weather is quite cold. When it will get warmer there will be an opportunity to go outside and run. But right now it is really difficult to do a workout for me.
